Please note that our cleaners work on a tight schedule and require prompt access to the property at the scheduled start time.
To allow our team to work efficiently, we kindly request you to move any personal items, ensuring access to every available surface. Also, please make sure there is power and running water available. If any conditions may not be possible, please inform us in advance, and we will make alternative arrangements.
Our professional cleaning team will bring all the required equipment and cleaning solutions. Notify us of any allergy requirements, and we will find a suitable solution.
We cannot remove personal items from the property. Exceptions may be agreed upon with our team in advance through a clear written request.
If you are not completely satisfied with the deep cleaning service, please notify our dedicated Quality Control team at info@prs-services.ie within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will promptly endeavour to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

5.1 Cleaning Walls:
To avoid potential damage to the wall and paint, we do not offer wall washing.
5.2 Cleaning at Height:
Our team is unable to clean items that require stepping higher than 2 steps on a ladder.
5.3 Moving & Lifting Items:
Our team cannot move or lift any items over 25 lbs.
5.4 Cleaning Bio-Hazards:
Our team is unable to clean mould, blood, or bodily fluids, including animal waste.
5.5 Hoarding/ High Levels Of Clutter:
Our team cannot carry out cleaning if the property is cluttered with an unreasonable level of trash/debris.
