We send both you and the space provider a confirmation email to let both parties know that a booking has been made. In your confirmation email you will receive the full address of the parking location and any additional access information.
Yes, we expect all spaces to be available for the driver on arrival. The space provider manages their availability calendar, and we use occupancy data for commercial locations to return search results that only consist of available parking spaces for the dates/time that you’ve searched.
You can cancel a short-term (hourly or daily) booking within the cancellation period via your account. To cancel a monthly subscription booking, please contact our Customer Care team HERE.
To end a monthly subscription booking, please submit your 30-day notice to our Customer Care team HERE. Your final 30 days will begin from when we receive your written notice to terminate the booking.
