We come to you at your home, office or wherever your car is parked! The valet is performed without any disturbance to you.
Times will vary on the service chosen, but as a guide please allow 1-2hrs for a Full Valet on a moderately dirty car.
We ask that you remove all personal items from the inside of the vehicle, including the glove box, center console, and boot if we are completing an Interior, Mini or Full valet. We are not responsible for any item left in the vehicle, so for insurance reasons, please remove any item that you deem valuable and would not like thrown away.
Also, be sure to note any key trouble spots, both mechanically and cosmetically, to relay to our staff. This will help us gauge areas that you would like us to focus, or areas that we need to be careful servicing.
If you take your finger nail and rub it across the scratch, and you do not notice a groove that catches it, you are likely dealing with a candidate for removal. Our exterior technicians will utilize a compound and buffing pad to carefully remove the scratch. Price will vary dependent upon the severity.
We use the latest waterless cleaning products so we do not access to water. We also carry our own electricity supply.
Yes, we use a range of eco-friendly products so there are no harmful chemicals which need time to work. If you have had your seats cleaned, your seat will be covered on completion so that you can drive your car straight away.
We carry a fully comprehensive motor trade policy and PL Insurance which covers us to operate on any vehicle, in any location.
My car is parked in an underground carpark with limited space. Can I still get my car valeted?
