Please note that our cleaners work on a tight schedule and require prompt access to the property at the scheduled start time. To ensure a smooth service, please provide clear instructions on how to access the unit, including key collection details from a concierge desk, building management, or any relevant entry point.

To allow our team to work efficiently, we kindly request that you move any personal items, ensuring access to every available surface. Also, please make sure there is power and running water available. If any conditions are not possible, please inform us in advance, and we will make alternative arrangements.

Our professional cleaning team will bring all the required equipment and cleaning solutions. Notify us of any allergy requirements, and we will find a suitable solution.

We cannot remove personal items from the property. Exceptions can be arranged in advance by authorising PRS through the booking form.

If you are not completely satisfied with the deep cleaning service, please notify our dedicated Quality Control team at info@prs-services.ie within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will promptly endeavour to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

• To avoid potential damage to walls or paint, we do not offer wall washing.
• Our team cannot clean items that require stepping higher than two steps on a ladder.
We cannot move or lift items weighing over 25 lbs (approximately 11 kg).
• We are unable to clean mould, blood, bodily fluids, or animal waste.
• Cleaning cannot be carried out in properties with an unreasonable level of clutter, trash, or debris.
