To use TULU, you will need to first download the TULU app. Once you complete registration, you will be able to access the Resident’s Amenities area, Ruby Block (you will find us past the reception through the door to the left), from 07:00 to 22:00.

You can rent the items for as long as you want! Once you return the product, we will adjust the payment amount according to the rental length. We recommend you return the items when you are finished using them to save money and to allow your neighbors to use them.
Rental pricing varies by product and is always indicated clearly on the product page. Many items have value pricing for extended rental periods, also indicated on the product page.

Yes, you can rent up to two items at the same time. If you want to rent more items simultaneously, please contact customer service via the in-app chat (available 24/7).
